SCIENCE MISSION STATEMENT
Springdale School District’s science curriculum is shaped by the vision of lasting knowledge and skills we want students to acquire. Science is a process, a way of knowing. The body of knowledge gained provides a foundation for deeper understanding of the world. Scientific literacy develops an awareness of the role of science in our daily lives. The Springdale School District’s science curriculum should inspire awe, stimulate discovery, facilitate learning and encourage application and invention.
