v Substitute Teacher ApplicationPlease HAND-DELIVER your application in person (Do not mail your application) to Susan Waites Cluck at the Professional Development Center, 509 E. Emma.It is MANDITORY for ALL NEW substitutes to attend a workshop before being allowed to substitute. You will not be activated in AESOP until you have attended a workshop. You must submit your application before attending a workshop. Applications are not accepted on the day of the workshop. If you attended a Workshop last year, 2007-2008, please attend a Friday, September 28 Workshop to be held at the Professional Development Center. Note: No applications will be accepted after April 11, 2008. Applications and re-sign ups will be received beginning July 15, 2008. If you have any questions please call 479-750-8735. |
