Congratulations to the Har-Ber Debate and Forensics for being named the Top Delegation of the Arkansas Student Congress. This is the first time in our school's history to win this prestigious competition. The HBHS team received the 1st Place Delegation in House III and 2nd Place Delegation in House I. Our students also received many numerous individual awards. We are proud of you!
