Congrats to SHS Baseball Lifter Of The Week Treyson Honeysuckle! He put up some big time increases this cycle. Including adding 20 pounds to his squat, 20 pounds to his power clean, and 15 pounds to his bench. He is also a member of 20 MPH Speed Club!

Please join us in celebrating Raquel De La Torre, a former Springdale High School Softball athlete who lettered all four years before graduating in 2024.
During her time at SHS, Raquel faced adversity when she suffered an ACL injury—but she never gave up. Through perseverance, hard work, and determination, she made a huge comeback and left her mark on our program.
After graduation, Raquel continued her education at the University of Oklahoma. Stepping out of her comfort zone, she tried out for a completely new sport—rowing. With grit and dedication, she earned her spot and was officially listed today on the OU Rowing Team Athletic Roster.
This incredible achievement makes Raquel the first-ever SEC Division I athlete to come from the Springdale High School Softball Program!
