Wrangler Families: If you haven't already done so, we need you to fill out our GJHS Handbook Acknowledgement, Media Authorizations, and SCPP enrollment form. We need this filled out for every GJHS student by September 30th. If you have already filled out this form, please disregard. However, please note this form is different than the Digital AUA that you had to sign in order to get your child their Chromebook. Wrangler Families: This is a quick reminder about Student Involved Parent Conferences beginning this afternoon at 4:15 pm. Teachers look forward to seeing you virtually! If you find your child is not doing well academically and wish to change their attendance from blended to 5 days a week, please ask to have a conversation with a principal. Go Wranglers!

Wrangler Families: If you have a student who is "Blended" for M/W/F or T/TH are you making sure they are completing work? We have lots of students who think they only complete work when at school. Many students are falling behind. If you need to visit with a principal about attending more days a week, please call 750-8750 between 8am and 4pm. You cannot allow your child to get behind this year.

Wrangler Families: Student Involved Conferences are Sept. 15 & 16 from 4:15 - 7:15. These are virtual this year. Please make sure you have your child sign up with their advisor. Your student can use their chromebook to help you join the conference and hear what they have been doing since school started and what goals they are working on for the year. Please tune in and support your child.

Tyson Foods is partnering with Springdale Public Schools and HOPE Distributors to give away approximately 45,000 pound of Tyson protein, produce and other shelf-stable items Saturday at C.L. "Charlie" and Willis George Park at 4308 Hylton Road in Springdale. The drive-through food distribution event is free and open to the Northwest Arkansas community and begins at 9 am. #THEChoice

Wrangler Families: We are so excited about school starting back on Monday! We have received over 500 AUA's, which is truly amazing! However, we are still missing AUA's on around 200 students, so please get those in prior to Monday. We would love to have a Chromebook in every student's hand on Monday. Every student MUST have an AUA filled out before we will give them access to their Chromebook. Wrangler Families: We had an overwhelming response and turnout for yesterday’s Drive Through Open House. We want to thank all of our parents, students, and faculty for such an amazing event. We especially want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding throughout the day. We had a huge rush of people at times and also were short handed at other times, but you all hung with us and we made it through! It was so great to see so many excited faces! Just a reminder: we will be having our Drive Through Open House event this Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This event will be a great opportunity to drive through and pick up your Student ID, schedule, Chromebook (if you have filled out your AUA), and more! It is CRITICAL that you fill out an AUA, if you have not already done so. Any student not having an AUA will be without a Chromebook to use at school or home. If you arrive to the event and have not filled it out, we will ask you to hop out of line to fill one out before you may jump back in line.
