Springdale Schools has named Lindsay Hennarichs as the next assistant principal of Elmdale Elementary School.

"I’m incredibly excited to step into the role as Elmdale Elementary's newest assistant principal—not only because it aligns with my passion for education, but also because it gives me the opportunity to continue the legacy of excellence and care that this school has been built on," Hennarichs said.

"Mrs. Hennarichs is a seasoned Springdale administrator with a wealth of experience in elementary education. She is deeply skilled in pedagogical practices and brings a passion for student success and instructional excellence," said Springdale Schools Superintendent Dr. Jared Cleveland. "Her collaborative approach and dedication to fostering a positive learning environment will undoubtedly make a significant positive impact as she works alongside Mr. Joenks."

Hennarichs has worked with the Springdale School District for 25 years and has served as an assistant principal at Sonora Elementary School for the past 14 years. Before that, she was a fourth and fifth grade teacher at Bernice Young Elementary School.

She has a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Arkansas and an Administrative Specialist Degree from Harding University.

"Ms. Hennarichs brings a wealth of experience and expertise working with K-5 students," said Pete Joenks, Elmdale principal. "She is creative and innovative on finding ways to help younger students find success in the classroom."

Hennarichs said she hopes to continue to grow the school community that has made such a lasting impact on students and families.

"I’m committed to building on that strong foundation," Hennarichs said. "Supporting our teachers, empowering our students and partnering with families is a responsibility I take to heart. I’m looking forward to helping every Elmdale Eagle feel safe, seen, and inspired to reach their full potential."
