Nichole Davis will be the new K8 Connect assistant principal.

“I feel incredibly blessed and honored to begin my 20th year in education as the assistant principal at K8 Connect,” Davis said. “I’m deeply appreciative of Dr. Cleveland and his team for entrusting me with this responsibility.”

Davis is transitioning to K8 Connect from Archer Learning Center, where she’s served as assistant principal for the last seven years.

“I am excited to welcome Nichole Davis as the assistant principal of the K8 Connect program,” said Dr. Jared Cleveland, Springdale Public Schools superintendent. “Her unique skill set and experience as the current Archer Learning Center assistant principal will be a tremendous asset to both students and staff. I look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of the program under her leadership.”

Davis said she’s excited for the opportunity to bring her experiences from the secondary level to elementary education.

“I’m passionate about seeing students grow and develop, both academically and personally, as they discover their strengths and build confidence,” she said. “It’s a joy to continue pouring into the lives of students, families and staff in Springdale Public Schools, where I’ve spent the last 14 years.”

Davis has worked in education for 19 years and also served as the Har-Ber High School assistant principal from 2012-2018.

The educator has an associate degree from Panola College in Carthage, Texas, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science and a M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from Texas A&M University in Texarkana, Texas.

Davis said she hopes to bring a strong sense of collaboration, consistency and care into her new role as assistant principal at K8 Connect.

“With nearly two decades in education and a background in secondary leadership, I bring a perspective shaped by both academic rigor and student-centered support,” she said. “I am especially passionate about helping students grow, not just academically but in confidence, character and connection.”

Davis said she likewise looks forward to supporting teachers and staff in creating a positive, purposeful environment where everyone can thrive.

“My heart is to serve, lead with integrity and help build a culture where students and adults feel valued, supported and encouraged,” she said.

Outside the classroom, Davis said she cherishes spending time with her family, her high school sweetheart and husband of 19 years and their 11-year-old daughter, who she said is the greatest gift and joy of their lives.

“I also enjoy serving in children’s ministry, playing the piano and volunteering as a barista at Lighthouse Coffee at Immanuel Baptist Church in Rogers.”
