Jennier Raabe has been named assistant principal at J.O. Kelly Middle School.

"I am super excited to return to the school where I began my teaching career. I am extremely grateful to Jonathan Buchanan for this opportunity and to Dr. Cleveland and the Curriculum and Instruction team for their continued support and belief in me. I am proud to be part of the Springdale School District and look forward to continuing to learn and serve in this new position." said Raabe.

"The J.O. Kelly family includes incredible students and an amazing staff that I feel privileged to be a part of, in a place that feels like home." Raabe added.

Raabe has 23 years in Springdale Schools: 11 1/2 years teaching 7th grade math at J.O.Kelly, 3 1/2 years as Instructional Facilitator at J.O. Kelly, 9 years as 6-12 Instructional Specialist. She has a BSE in Mathematics from Ouachita Baptist University, a Masters in Educational Leadership from Arkansas Tech University, and a Juris Doctorate from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Principal of J.O. Kelly, Jonathan Buchanan said " Mrs. Raabe brings a wealth of instructional expertise, district knowledge, and a true heart for middle school students! Please welcome her back to the J.O. Kelly family and help her as she transitions into her new position."

Superintendent Dr. Jared Cleveland said, “ Mrs. Raabe is an outstanding and experienced instructional leader in our district. She is fully credentialed as a building level leader and uniquely prepared from her school and district level experience to take on the new and exciting opportunity as JO Kelly Middle School AP. We look forward to Mrs. Raabe's personal and professional contributions to the students and staff of the JO Kelly MS Family."
