
Congratulations to National Merit Semifinalists, Claire Franco and Samuel Lonneman from Springdale Har-Ber High School! Both are seniors. Franco hopes to attend the University of Arkansas or Vanderbilt University to study Political Science. The Springdale Education Foundation raised over $10,000 at the Duck Race event! Families decorated rubber ducks and enjoyed the race at Shiloh Square in downtown Springdale. All the money raised goes back into the school system in the form of grants! #THEChoice

Due to a message received by the FBI concerning a potential threat to a school in Arkansas, the Springdale School District has been in direct communication with Springdale Police Department Leadership. The Springdale Police Department and the district will have increased police presence this week even though the threat is not believed to be credible. Precautions are being taken to address safety concerns.
