Three Har-Ber Debate students spoke at the Springdale Rotary Club 4-Way Test speech contest and applied the 4-way test to real world topics of their choice. Nora Shitandi spoke about performative activism earning 1st place and $500. Zulqar Nain spoke about the death penalty earning 2nd place and $300. Aaron Oesterle spoke an out social media earning 3rd place and $200. Great job! The #SpringdaleFamily is very proud of you.

The Institute is conducted by Dr. Jim Knight and researchers with The Instructional Coaching Group, providing valuable insight into coaching educators for engagement and achievement.
